A Riddling Tale

Three women were turned into flowers that grew in a field. But one of them was allowed to be at home during the night. When morning came and she had to go back to her friends in the field and become a flower again, she said to her husband, "If you come this afternoon and pick me, I will be free and can stay with you forever." And he did that.

Now the question is: How did the husband know which flower was his wife? Because all the flowers looked exactly the same, with no differences at all. The answer: Since she had been at home during the night and not in the field, no dew had fallen on her like it had on the others.

And that is how her husband knew her.
